Job Overview:
EcoClean Pros, a leading professional cleaning service, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Admin. The role is critical in ensuring the efficient coordination of daily cleaning services by managing work orders, dispatching cleaners, and maintaining communication with both clients and staff. This position also involves administrative support, including invoicing and scheduling, to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, review, and prioritize daily work orders from clients.
Dispatch cleaners to job locations, ensuring optimal scheduling and assignment of tasks.
Monitor job progress and follow up on the completion of cleaning services.
Maintain detailed records of all work orders, including changes and updates.
Generate and manage invoices for completed work orders.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the General Manager.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support day-to-day operations.
Maintain a high level of customer service and communication with clients and staff.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or office administration preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and invoicing systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
